How to make a Vanchiram Fish fry with an air fryer Ingredients: -1 kg Vanchiram fish -For cleaning need 1 tablespoon plain sour yogurt -lemon juice 2 tsp -Kashmiri powder (it gives tandoor color) -Chilly powder, salt (as per required), turmeric powder, oil, fennel seeds powder, Garlic paste, - plain flour 1 tablespoon (it gives binding to the fish) The procedure of cooking: 1) Mix all the ingredients with the fish and leave it for 1 hr. (better keep it in the fridge) 2) Air fryer 180 degrees for 15 min, adjust degrees and time according to your Air fryer. 3) Can cook on the dosa pan, use oil for frying, & or you can fry in oil (shallow fry.)
