Boti gravy is made with Lamb gizzards cooked with Indian spices in a nice spicy gravy, super offal gravy… you can serve with rice, ragi ball, roti r chapati…..
INGREDIENTS:
Boti
Garam masala (1 teaspoon)
Dhaniya powder (2 table spoon)
Chilli powder (2 table spoon)
Haldi powder (1 table spoon)
Rock salt as per taste
Tomato puree (5-6)
Green chilli (7-8)
Chopped Onion (2-3)
Chopped Coriander (hand full of coriander)
Ginger-Garlic paste (2-3 spoons)
Keep it for 20 whistles….
