How to get rid of chubby cheeks, lost face fat and make your Face Slimmer.
“chubby cheeks” where the face is rounded and has a particular fullness to it.
As the skin ages, the chubbiness turns into sagging tissue near one’s cheeks, jaw, and chin.
Causes of Chubby Cheeks
1. Being overweight.
2. Lacking the necessary nutrients in your body.
3. High consumption of salt, sugar and carbs.
4. Water retention resulting from a bad choice of diet and constant dehydration.
5. Sleeplessness and high-stress levels.
6. Genetic factors.
Today we have compiled the techniques for Facial Yoga and massage to dissolve facial fat.
Let's get started.
Face Yoga
-----------------
Step 1
The air in the mouth for 10 seconds helps the muscles to tighten.
Air in the mouth, moving left and right for 20 seconds, helping to reduce fat on the cheeks, top and middle.
Step 2
Move the mouth left and right 10 times.
Step 3
Make a lip kiss 10 times.
Step 4
Suck on the cheeks. Hold for 10 seconds. Do this 5 times.
Helps to reduce excess fat around the cheeks, the bottom and around the chin.
Step 5
Like blowing a balloon.
Start to breathe the air and blow it out. Do this 5 times.
Helps the fat in the cheeks become thinner.
Step 6
Keep the lips inside. Move the mouth up and down 10 times
Helps to make the face jaw clear.
Facial Massage
---------------
Apply cream or oil before massage.
Step 1
Place your hand in a triangle in the middle of the face
and rub it from the side down to the collarbone.
Do this 10 times.
Step 2
Use the palms to rub the cheeks upward to the side. Down to the lower jaw.
Helps the face to be slimmer.
Do the other side as well
Finished and rubbed down the neck
Step 3
With both hands rub the chin up above.
Helps to clear the jaw.
Step 4
A lot of cheeks in this area
Massage your finger first.
Then bend the finger rubbed out to the side.
Do this 10 times, then rubbed down the neck.
Finished
Do it regularly for 2 weeks, then you will start to see results.
And don't forget to drink plenty of water too

I drank a lot of water and did a 7 minute workout in the morning at night. I have seen great difference in my face and body. Just remember, you did not gain all your weight in one day. @yeon42902 years agoI’ve been doing this exercise for a week now and I’m definitely seeing some results. I’ve memorized the steps so I usually do them 2-3 time during the day then I repeat again at night and I also do the massage only at night. My face is starting to look slimmer and I’m feeling more confident about my face :) edit: I kinda forgot about it for a while but my face definitely looks more defined and slimmer even after not doing them for a while plus before I forgot i had done them for like 50-60 days. ...210

I’m not overweight or anything but everything i eat goes to my face lol :( so anyways i’m gonna do this everyday with updates! day 1( not expecting change but my skin feels good! day 2( i think i notice a slight difference? definitely not my goal though. I always do this every night after i wash my face and do my skincare and its best to do it like that. I will be updating the days starting today. Day 1: No changes. But my cheeks are kind of burning. Day 2: Still no changes. Day 3: No changes... Here’s what I’ve been doing: It’s currently been a week and I’ve noticed my cheeks have been getting smaller, but I could be doing it more times a day. Whenever I’m on the couch doing nothing I would do the yoga part of it (which is all I do anyways). I did this about 1 to almost 2 weeks and the results were shocking I didn't expect fort it to work this fast and effectively. My cheeks lost fat and its quite noticeable and all my family members noticed it . I did this everyday sometimes morning sometimes night. One Week Edit- so I’ve been consistent of doing this everyday and I can tell a little bit, face fat is slimming down but I haven’t got the jawline much, overall there is a difference but not a huge difference. :)
Edit- I’ve stopped doing this, from what I’ve done my face is a little more shaped but I was not consistent and won’t be doing this any longer, I may do it in the future but no, I will not update anymore:( take time to yourself when you need it<3

It’s currently been a week and I’ve noticed my cheeks have been getting smaller, but I could be doing it more times a day. Whenever I’m on the couch doing nothing I would do the yoga part of it (which is all I do anyways). I’m going to do it for the rest of the month and give a report of every day.

Just wanted to say that my whole body is slim but my face is the chubby part of the body so I am doing this exercise

YES IT DOES. I did this about 1 to almost 2 weeks and the results were shocking I didn't expect fort it to work this fast and effectively. My cheeks lost fat and its quite noticeable and all my family members noticed it . I did this everyday sometimes morning sometimes night.
I didn't follow any diet but I did consume less sugar and salt and avoided sodas I chew gum at times and I walked everyday for exercise . If you follow this properly you'll get your results.
