Apple-2
Milk-250ml
Honey-One tbsp
Cardamom Powder-1/2 tsp
Cashew & Almonds -Few
Preparation Method :
Peel and cut Apple into large pieces.
Add Apple,Cashews,Almonds,Honey, Milk and Cardamom powder into a Blender Jar.
Blend coarsely / smoothly as needed.pour prepared smoothie in the Glasses and sprinkle grated almonds over it.
I have used Honey instead of Sugar since Honey is good for health.
Honey is a natural energy source and is full of antioxidants.
Apple contains Cancer fighting antioxidants.
High in fibre & good source of Vitamin-C.
Polyphenols present in Apple controls Diabetes .
