येसरी बनाउनुहोस दशैं को खाजा थाली : Kalejo fry - 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp turmeric powder Salt as per the taste 1 tbsp roasted cumin and coriander powder 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste 1/3 tsp black pepper powder Rakti fry - 1 tsp turmeric powder Salt as per the taste 1 tbsp cumin and coriander powder 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp red chili powder Oil to fry Radish pickle - 1 small sized radish sliced Salt 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds powder ½ tsp roasted and crushed Sichuan pepper 1 tsp red chili powder Salt as per the taste ½ lemon juice Cilantro To temper the Achaar 1 tbsp mustard oil 1 tsp fenugreek seeds 1 tsp turmeric powder 4 green chili sliced Add chopped cilantro 1 cup peanut (roasted) Remove the peanuts skin Peanuts salad - 1 small sized chopped onion 2 garlic cloves sliced Small sized ginger sliced 3 green chili sliced Salt as per the taste 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp roasted cumin and coriander powder ½ lemon juice Chopped cilantro 1 tbsp mustard oil _________________________________________ Thank you for visiting my Chef Suni Channel.
