I love pork crackling, but it can be tricky to make. My hot-air blasting technique takes the worry out of it and lets you achieve fantastic crackling every time. And the roast pork itself - this can often be dry and tough, but I use pork belly, cooked low and slow, so the layers of fat in it gradually melt and keep the meat moist. Also in this video, I make roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots and fennel and serve it all in a giant Yorkshire pudding with cider gravy. The hot-air gun I use here is available on Amazon (this is a UK affiliate link): https://amzn.to/2HDer9k The written recipe for slow-roast pork belly is here: https://keefcooks.com/roast-pork-belly-with-fennel-seeds-recipe #keefcooks SUBSCRIBE TO KEEFCOOKS: /keefcooks MY MERCHANDISE PAGE: https://keef-cooks.creator-spring.com MY DONATIONS PAGE: https://keefcooks.com/donate.php MY PATREON PAGE: https://www.patreon.com/keefcooks MY OTHER CHANNEL, PLANET KEEF: /planetkeef KEEFCOOKS on FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/keefcooks KEEFCOOKS on TWITTER: https://twitter.com/keefieboy KEEFCOOKS on INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/keefieboy/ KEEFCOOKS on PINTEREST: https://www.pinterest.co.uk/keefieboy/keef-cooks-food-videos/
