Fish is a high protein, low fat food that provides a range of health benefits.Fish has a reputation for being low calorie, high protein brain food as the body cannot produce omega-3s but yet they are needed for healthy body which fish provides us.If you are not a fish fan then new research indicates that eating fish only once or twice a week can be enough to reap the benefits.So try my recipes that are tasty to eat as well as healthy for you.SO LET'S BEGIN THE PROCESS OF TASTY FISH FRY
INGREDIENTS
1.Fish -- 5 slices or pieces
2.Ginger garlic paste -- 1 teaspoon
3.Red chilli powder -- 1 teaspoon
4.Turmeric Powder -- 1/4 teaspoon
5.Garam masala -- 1 teaspoon
6.Black pepper powder -- 1/2 teaspoon
7.Refined flour -- 1/2 teaspoon
8.Gram flour -- 1/2 teaspoon
9.Finely cut green chillies -- 2 to 3
10.Coriander leaves -- few
11.Curry leaves -- few
12.Lemon -- half a lemon
13.Salt -- as per taste
14.Oil -- for deep frying
METHOD
1.Take five pieces of fish in a bowl.
2.To this fish add all the ingredients mentioned above except oil.
3.Mix them well and marinate the fish for at least 30 minutes.
4.Heat oil in a pan.
5.Place the fish one by one in batches according to the size of your pan and fry them well till they turn golden brown in colour.
6.Fish is ready to serve, you can take it as a starter or a side dish, it's upto you.
