How to make Goan Sweet and Spicy Lemon Pickle without Oil | Easy Nimbu ka Achar / Lemon Pickle recipe
►A mouth-watering blend of sweet, sour and spicy lemon pickle, flavoured with vinegar and spices
Ingredients:
825 gms lemons (washed)
450 ml vinegar
450 gms sugar
1" ginger
10 garlic cloves
5 Tbsp. kashmiri red chilli powder
¼ tsp. turmeric powder
salt to taste
water (to boil lemons)
Note: The pickle will be at its best after a couple of weeks maturing in the jar
Makes: 1 Kg
Preparation Time: 40 mins
