Bassoonist Charles Fernandez is the featured soloists on this arrangement by Shaul Ben-Meir of Vivaldi's Bassoon Concerto f. VIII No.20. Mr. Ben-Meir arranged this piece for the SOA Flute Orchestra with Charles Fernandez in mind as the bassoonist! The orchestra is directed by SOA member David Miller and was performed in April 2023 for our Celebration of Shaul concert.
