العراق ‐ العدل العراقية تنظم معرضا لمنتجات وأعمال نزلاء في سجن الناصرية نظمت وزارة العدل العراقية وبحضور عدد من المسؤولين الأمنيين ونقابة المحامين معرضا للمنتجات الفنية لنزلاء سجن الناصرية المركزي، ضمت عشرات اللوحات الفنية و الأعمال اليدوية والحرفية والنحتية وتصاميم معمارية ومجسمات هندسية، بعد ان خاضوا فترة تدريب مكثفة على أيدي اختصاصيين لعدة أشهر اكتسبوا من خلالها خبرات ومهن متعددة، وأكد وزير العدل العراقي القاضي سالار عبد الستار أن هذه الخطوة مهمة لإعادة الإصلاح والتأهيل والاندماج المجتمعي لهذه الشريحة بعد إطلاق سراحها لكسب لقمة العيش، من جانبه طالب نقيب المحامين العراقيين أن يكون السجن مؤسسة تعليمية وتربوية ومهنية لزرع ثقافة الفضيلة. Iraq- The Ministry of Justice Launches a Gallery for Nasiriyah’s Prisoners Artworks In an attempt to rehabilitate and reintegrate prisoners into society, the Ministry of Justice organized a gallery for prisoners’ artwork. The event, which was attended by security officers and the Iraqi Bar Association, was distinguished for showcasing sculptures, handicraft items, architectural models, and paintings. Prisoners of Nasiriyah Central Prison were trained on various skills and professions. In this respect, the minister of justice underscored the necessity of such a move in helping prisoners reintegrate into society and make a living once they are released.
