Slow morning routine healthy habits- resetting & recharging for a new week. this was my sunday morning routine after a fun summer weekend. A slow morning is so peaceful, I love romanticizing my morning routine it makes me feel so at peace. Going through the steps of your morning & being present is so amazing. Healthy habits should be something you are consistent with & if you struggle I highly recommend habit stacking to try new things such as journaling in the morning.
