यसरी बनाउनुस कुखुराको मासु अतिनै मिठो हुन्छ : ½ kg Chicken or as you required To marinate chicken: 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder Salt as per the taste 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic 1 lemon juice 1 tbsp mustard oil Mix everything well Tamper Cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon stick, bay leaves Add marinated chicken Cook in a low medium flame for sometime 1 medium sized onion sliced 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes Add chopped cilantro It is now ready to be served ___________________________________________ Thank you for visiting my Chef Suni Channel.
