✨ THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Leg Workout At Home with Dumbbells ✨
►EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells (8-25 lbs). I'm using 15 lb dumbbells.
And option to add a light/medium mini loop resistance band.

►INSTRUCTIONS:
This workout includes both reps and timed intervals. It looks like this:
✔️ 4 Circuits (two strength training exercises and one power burnout exercise per circuit)
✔️ Reps and Timed Intervals (perform 12-16 reps per strength exercise and 30 seconds per power exercise)
✔️ Repeat the Strength Training Exercises x2 Sets (then close out the circuit with the power burnout exercise)
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE: SQUATS + DEADLIFTS
1. Front Rack Squat x 12 reps
2. Staggered Deadlift x 16 reps (8 reps per leg)
⭐️ Power Move: 2-Count Goblet Squat Jack
2️⃣ CIRCUIT 2: LUNGES
1. Reverse Lunge x 16 reps (8 reps per leg)
2. Low Lunge Tap In + Rear Leg Lift x 8 reps
⭐️Power Move: Weighted Lunge Jumps
3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE: RESISTANCE BAND SQAUTS
1. Dumbbell Front Squat + Side Leg Lift x 12 reps (6 reps per leg)
2. Resistance Band Lateral Walk + Squat x 8 reps
⭐️Power Move: Squat Jump Front/Back + Dumbbell Pick Up
4️⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR: SUMO SQUATS + SUMO DEADLIFTS
1. Sumo Squat + Sumo Deadlift x 12 reps
2. Sumo Squat + Lunge x 16 reps (8 reps per leg)

1. Dumbbell Glute Bridge + Resistance Band Open x 16 reps
