Sanbeiji(‘'three-cup chicken') is a popular chicken dish in Chinese cuisine and one of the most iconic dishes of Jiangxi cuisine. The dish derives its name from the three cups of sauces required. For each chicken, a cup of soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil are added.

Ingredients:
1. 6 chicken drumsticks
2. Onion
3. Thai basil
4. Ginger/garlic/chili pepper
Sauce:
1. Soy sauce 50 ml
2. Cooking wine 30 ml
3. Dark soy sauce 20 ml
4. Sesame oil 2 tbsp
5. Cooking oil 2 tbsp
