Method - Oil, ½ can crushed tomatoes, add the spices - 1 ts cumin seeds, 1 ts flaked chillies, 1 ts coriander powder, 1/3rd ts turmeric powder and ¾ ts salt. Mix and let it cook. When the masala is fried and oil is separated, add ¾ kg prawns, 1½ ts crushed coriander seeds, finely chopped 4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 inch ginger and 4-5 green chillies. Let it cook then add fresh coriander and 1 medium onion sliced.
