Ingredients for Kaddu Gosht
bottle gourd
Ghee or Cooking Oil
Onions
Tomatoes
Green Chilies
Garlic Paste
Turmeric Powder
Maithi
Salt
Red Peppers
Water
Mutton Meat
Direction for Kaddu Gosht
1. First Cut Cut the gourd into small pieces then wash it well.
2. Now take a pot put into the stove and add ghee or cooking oil.
3. Now add onions cook it well when its colour turned into golden.
4. when onions colour turned into golden then add tomatoes and green chilies.
5. Now add garlic paste, turmeric powder, maithi, salt and red peppers then cook for sometime.
6. Now add boiled mutton into the pot and cook for sometime.
7. Now add chopped gourd and water of your boiled mutton then cook it well.
8. Now your Mutton Kaddu Gosht Recipe is Ready.
