濃厚 抹茶&ホワイトチョコ・プリンの作り方 オーブン・卵・生クリームなしで簡単

オーブンなしで、ゼラチンで固めて作るなめらかな抹茶プリンを作りました。 生クリームの代わりにホワイトチョコを入れてコクを出しました。 最初にホワイトチョコと抹茶を混ぜておくとダマにならずにきれいな抹茶色に仕上がります。 ▷材料(3個分): ■プリン ホワイトチョコ 40g 抹茶 8g 牛乳 350g 砂糖 40g 粉ゼラチン 6g 水 60g ▷作り方: 1.ホワイトチョコは細かく刻み、湯煎に当てて溶かす。抹茶をふるいながら加え、よく混ぜる。 2.水に粉ゼラチンを振りかけて加えふやかしておく。 3.鍋に牛乳と砂糖を入れて、60℃まで混ぜながら温める。 4.①の抹茶に牛乳を少しづつ加えてその都度よく混ぜる。 5.プリン液を濾して、氷水で20℃まで冷やす。容器に入れて5時間冷やす。 ▷instagram: https://www.instagram.com/hidamaricooking もし私のレシピでお菓子を作ってくださったときは、 #hidamaricooking をつけて投稿してもらえると嬉しいです ▷Blog: https://ameblo.jp/hidamaricooking ▷HidaMari Cookingについて: 2017年からお菓子を作り始めました。 ひだまりクッキングという名前は、動画を見てくれた人が ひだまりに包まれているような温かい気持ちになってもらえたら嬉しいなと思ってつけました。 いつも素敵なコメントありがとうございます。 あなたの一日が素敵な日になりますように。

    @cvw528711 months ago Please note you're missing the step for adding the softened gelatin to the milk/sugar mixture and stirring till the gelatin is completely dissolved.
    The next step is listed of your adding this slowly to your matcha/chocolate mixture.
    It's obvious how to make this from your video, however if someone prints the ingredients and instructions and isn't familiar with gelatin desserts, they may get confused.
    A big thank you from me for the way you show your creative process. Everything looks delicious, possible for the home chef and easy to follow. Though I seldom make desserts myself, I love watching your videos for their artistry and as someone who grew up baking, I can "Taste" how balanced and flavorful your recipes are.
