Follow me on: Facebook page:Suha's Dishes YouTube channel:Suha's Dishes Instagram account:Suha's Dishes مقادير قالب الكيك العادي: 3 اكواب (390 غرام) طحين عادي لجميع الاستعمالات نصف ملعقة صغيرة ملح نصف ملعقة صغيرة باكنغ صودا 2 ملعقة صغيرة باكنغ باودر 1 كوب (226غرام) زبدة غير مملحة بحرارة الغرفة 2 كوب (400 غرام) سكر عادي 4 بيض برش برتقالة برش ليمونة حامضة ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا سائلة ملعقة طعام ماء الزهر 1 كوب (240 مل ) حليب حامض ( ملعقة طعام خل ابيض مع كمية حليب كافية للحصول على كوب واحد) نخبز قالب الكيك على حرارة 325 درجة F او 165 درجة C على الرف الوسط لمدة 55 دقيقة الى ساعة واحدة (حسب الفرن).
