Rice + Ghee + Vermicelli + Salt: The sum really is more than the parts! Don't skimp on the ghee! Ingredients 1c Basmati Rice 1/4c Vermicelli 1tsp ghee or more ;) 1tsp salt 2c water Brown Vermicelli in hot ghee, careful this cooks quick! Add rice, water, and salt.
