Egg omelette yakhni which is from Kashmir. They usually make yakhni from curd. But i used here full cream milk instead of curd. It taste so creamy. It is a very quick non veg recipe. While make the omelet beat them in to frothy consistent. Then only the gravy will go inside. Follow the same procedure and you will get a perfect juice. For Making omelette : Onion  - 1 Medium size Green chilli  - 2 Salt  -  as required Black pepper powder -  1 Teaspoon Egg  - 6 nos For making Yakhni : Onion  - 1 small size Green cardamom  - 4 to 5 Turmeric powder - 1 Teaspoon Chilli powder - 1 Tablespoon Ghee - 1 Tablespoon I really enjoy creating new recipes on YouTube.
