#mygadgetkitchen #ninjafoodi #pressurecooker Pressure Cooker Jerk Spiced Chicken & Rice | Ninja Foodi 8qt One Pot Meal | My Gadget Kitchen | #229 Buy jerk seasoning here: https://amzn.to/2xE082R Ingredients: Chicken legs w/ skin 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp paprika salt and pepper to taste olive oil 2-3 tbsp jerk seasoning 1 onion, diced 1.5 cups jasmine rice, rinsed 2.5 cups chicken broth Directions: Lift skin from chicken using a butter knife. Season chicken legs generously with kosher salt. Add ground black pepper, ground cinnamon and paprika. Spritz chicken with olive oil and coat with marinade. Place chicken in Ziploc bag and place in fridge overnight or at least 1 hour. Preheat pressure cooker on high. Add about 2 tbsp olive oil and brown chicken on all sides. Remove chicken. Saute onion and rice. Add broth and chicken. Seal pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 10 min followed by a quick release. Enjoy! Get out of the drive thru and get into the kitchen.
